These Terms and Conditions ('T&C') govern your use of cv666.com.bd and all CV666 services. By creating an account, depositing funds or accepting any promotion, you agree to be bound by every clause below. Please read carefully — these terms are legally binding. We have written them in the plainest language compatible with their legal function and provided a Bengali translation alongside the English on every clause. Any contradiction between English and Bengali versions defaults to the English original.

We may update these T&C from time to time. Material changes are notified to all active players via email and a prominent on-platform banner at least 14 days before they take effect, giving you the opportunity to close your account if you do not accept the new terms.

1. Account Eligibility and Registration

1.1 You must be aged 18 years or older to register or use any CV666 service. We reserve the right to require proof of age at any time and to close any account belonging to a person under 18, refunding only the original deposit (any winnings are forfeited).

1.2 You must register only one account per person, household, IP address and payment instrument. Duplicate accounts are merged or closed at our discretion.

1.3 The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. You agree to update us promptly of any changes (phone number, address, banking details).

1.4 You may not register or use CV666 if you reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, or if you are an employee, contractor or close relative of a CV666 employee or contractor.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Wagering

2.1 All deposits are final and non-refundable except in the case of unauthorised access (subject to our investigation) or technical error.

2.2 Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment instrument used for the most recent successful deposit. AML rules require funds to return to source.

2.3 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation (proof of address, source of funds) on cumulative withdrawals exceeding ৳5 lakh in a 30-day period.

2.4 Inactive accounts (no login or activity for 12 consecutive months) may incur a small administrative fee deducted from balance, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Every bonus has its own specific T&C published on the relevant promotion page. Where any specific T&C contradicts these master T&C, the specific bonus T&C prevails for that bonus only.

3.2 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

3.3 Maximum bet during any active bonus wagering is ৳500 unless otherwise specified.

3.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multiple-account wagering, bonus chaining across related accounts, and exploiting RTP gaps — voids all bonuses and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

4. Game Rules, Fairness and Disputes

4.1 All games are powered by certified Random Number Generators audited by iTech Labs. Game results are final once posted.

4.2 In the event of a game malfunction, the result of the affected round is voided and stakes are refunded.

4.3 Disputes regarding any game outcome must be raised within 30 days of the result. Our decision following investigation is final under our internal complaints process; players retain full rights to escalate to the Curacao licensing authority.

5. Prohibited Jurisdictions

5.1 CV666 services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under our Curacao licence. Currently prohibited jurisdictions include the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Australia and the Netherlands. Players from these jurisdictions are barred from registration; accounts detected from these regions will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

6. Responsible Gaming

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Disputes should first be raised with our customer support team. Most disputes are resolved within 7 working days.

9.2 Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our compliance officer at compliance@cv666.com.bd. Compliance investigations are completed within 30 working days.

9.3 Disputes that remain unresolved after the internal process can be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board, our licensing authority.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These T&C are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Curacao, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence override.

11. Account Closure and Data Retention

11.1 You may close your account at any time. Closure is processed within 60 minutes; remaining balance returns to the verified payment instrument within 24 hours.

11.2 We retain account and KYC data for 5 years post-closure as required by AML regulations, after which it is securely destroyed.
