CV666 Account Settings — Manage Profile, Security and Limits
Your CV666 Account Settings is the control centre for everything related to your platform experience — from updating your contact details to setting deposit limits, from enabling two-factor authentication to managing notification preferences. This page walks through every setting available, explains what each one does, and recommends the best configuration for the typical Bangladeshi player.
Profile Settings
Under Account → Profile, you can update your display name (visible only to you), profile photo (optional, used in tournaments), preferred language (Bengali/English), preferred timezone (default Bangladesh Standard Time), and email address. Phone number changes require a brief video verification call with our support team for security reasons. Name and date of birth are locked at KYC and cannot be changed without compliance approval.
Security Settings
Account → Security houses every security control. We strongly recommend enabling all of the following.
Recommended security configuration
- Two-Factor Authentication: ON — adds SMS OTP step on every new-device login
- Login Alerts: ON — receive email and SMS for every successful login
- Trusted Devices: configure your usual phone and laptop as trusted (skips OTP for 30 days)
- Password: change every 90 days minimum, use 12+ character mix of letters/numbers/symbols
- Biometric Login (mobile): ON if your device supports fingerprint or Face ID
- Auto-Logout: 15 minutes inactivity (default), shorter on shared devices
Responsible Gaming Limits
Under Account → Responsible Gaming, you can set deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion periods (24 hours to permanent). These tools are free, available to every player, and using them does not in any way reduce your bonus eligibility or VIP progress. We recommend every player set at least a monthly deposit limit at registration as a baseline safety measure.
Notification Preferences
Under Account → Notifications, choose which messages you receive across email, SMS and push (mobile app). Categories include: transaction confirmations (recommended ON), bonus offers (your choice), tournament invites (your choice), security alerts (always ON, cannot be disabled), and newsletter updates (your choice). Granular controls let you opt in to only the channels and categories that matter to you.
Payment Method Management
Under Account → Payment Methods, view all your saved deposit methods, set a default for one-click deposits, remove old methods you no longer use, and update card expiry dates without re-entering full card numbers. Saved methods are tokenised and PCI-compliant; we never store your full card details.
Bonus and VIP Status
Account → Promotions shows all currently active bonuses, wagering progress on each, expiry dates, and historical bonus completions. Account → VIP Status shows your current tier, lifetime turnover towards next tier, recent VIP-specific perks claimed, and projected month-end position. Gold tier and above also see contact details for your assigned personal account manager here.
Transaction History
Account → Transaction History lists every deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, cashback payment and game-session balance change. Export to CSV or PDF for personal records or tax accounting purposes. The export covers the last 24 months by default; older periods are available on request via support.
Closing Your Account
Account → Close Account lets you permanently close your CV666 account. Closure is processed within 60 minutes, any remaining balance returns to your verified payment method within 24 hours, and your KYC documents are retained per regulatory minimum (5 years) before destruction. If you are closing because of a gambling concern, we recommend self-exclusion (which preserves the option to return after a cooling-off period) over permanent closure.
